How to Request a Refund

Refund Window
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a refund. After 30 days, we are unable to process refunds for change-of-mind requests. Exceptions may be made at our discretion for exceptional circumstances.
What Happens to Access
Upon refund, your access to downloaded materials is revoked on the honor system. Since our products are digital, we cannot technically reclaim already-downloaded files, but continued use after a refund violates our Terms of Service.
Chargebacks
We strongly prefer you contact us directly before initiating a chargeback. We have a near-100% refund approval rate. Chargebacks create complications for both parties. If you have an issue, email us first — we'll resolve it quickly.
